BUILDING INSPECTOR FOR HIRE

The Village of Creve Coeur is seeking a full-time Building Inspector to issue permits, perform residential inspections, perform rental inspections, approve site plans, evaluate properties of concern and other duties related to the position. Qualified candidate must have basic construction knowledge and ability to understand and apply Village ordinances. Microsoft Word and Excel experience beneficial. Person must be a self-starter with good communication skills, work well with the public and Village Board and be able to multi-task. Salary based on qualifications and experience.
