Job Summary: The Vice President of Student Affairs and Equity is responsible for oversight, direction, and leadership for all student affairs departments within the College. The Vice President advances the College's mission by providing support services that enhance the learning environment, contribute to student success, and create equitable outcomes.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Master's degree with at least 7 years of relevant experience.
- Progressively successfully administrative and management experience.
- Proven supervisory and leadership abilities.
- Demonstrated commitment to community college leadership and serving a diverse student population.
- Excellent communication and change management skills with the ability to empower, delegate, and build consensus.
- Ability to synthesize and analyze information, evaluate consequences of decisions, and be decisive in leadership actions.
Preferred Qualifications:
Doctoral degree or terminal degree preferred.
Starting Salary Range: Commensurate with education and experience
Work Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
