Provide police communications and dispatching, maintain police files and records, and perform a wide variety of complex clerical and typing duties requiring specialized knowledge in the police field.

High school diploma or GED.
Requires one year of experience.
Basic knowledge of computer technology and equipment.
Knowledge of law enforcement terminology and procedures.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Skill in coordinating mental, manual and visual activities simultaneously.
Skill in communicating using two-way radio and telephone equipment.
Starting Salary Range: $13.42 - $15.19
Must be able to work 1st, 2nd or 3rd shift at 24 hour facility.
