Perform duties related to the receipt, storage, and delivery of college equipment, furniture, vehicles, and supplies while following and complying with appropriate health and safety guidelines.
This is a Safety Sensitive position pursuant to Oklahoma Statute OKLA. STAT. tit. 63, § 427.8 (2020).
- Essential Duties
-
1. Plan, assist, and participate in a variety of furniture construction/reconfiguration with or without prepared instructions/diagrams. Disassemble, relocate, and reassemble office furniture using basic hand tools.
2. Utilize TMA Solutions to (or similar work order software) to access, complete, and close out work orders, prioritizing orders as necessary.
3. Complete electronic records of vehicle information and send to manager. Transport vehicles to and from campus and maintenance shops. Assist with maintenance records as necessary.
4. Complete special function/event setup. Coordinate directly with customers or stakeholders when required.
5. Organize and maintain warehouse inventory.
6. Recycle and/or dispose of excess inventory/materials, following appropriate safety guidelines.
7. Transport/deliver miscellaneous supplies and equipment to TCC campuses or other locations/venues as appropriate. Coordinate directly with customers or stakeholders when required.
- Minimum Qualifications

High School diploma or GED Degree.
Time management and problem solving skills.
Valid Oklahoma Driver's license.
Ability to move objects up to 50 pounds.

Training or experience in shipping and receiving operations that includes forklift operations.
