Job Summary:
- Are you the go to person for your friends and family members whenever a technology issue arises? Put those skills to good use as an IT Support Technician
- Oversee and implement personal computer, terminal, printer technology repair operations and installations at Tulsa Community College campuses
- Provide for and oversee institutional software installation. Facilitate communications related to these operations, and serve as resource team member for technology and technology services

Minimum Qualifications:
- Associates degree required
- A+ certification and personal computer support/help desk experience.
- Demonstrated initiative to maintain current knowledge and skills related to personal computer technology
- Ability to perform duties with limited supervision
- Strong communication skills
- Knowledge of personal computer operating systems including MS Windows, MS Office, and Professional Suite
- Knowledge and experience in the area of personal computer diagnostics and repair
Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree preferred
Minimum Salary: Minimum starting salary: $14.77/hour
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:30 am – 4:30 pm
