Job Summary:
Serve as an internal consultant to faculty to conceptualize, design, develop, deliver, and assess high quality face-to-face, blended, and online courses. Partner with Engaged Learning staff and Faculty Development Fellows to develop and implement comprehensive, coordinated programs, curriculum, systems and support for faculty and instructional development that promote excellence and innovation in teaching, learning, technology and scholarship.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Curriculum Design, Education, or related field. Preference for a degree in Instructional Design.
- Experience in the design, implementation, delivery, and assessment of faculty development initiatives and programs.
- Experience teaching in higher education, specifically in blended and online formats.
- Ability to perform responsibilities on one's own initiative and with general supervision.
- Experience in instructional design methodologies and course and curriculum design in all modalities (face-to-face, blended, online), including learning outcome development and curriculum alignment.
- A demonstrated commitment to a learning-centered community college.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to translate complex ideas in meaningful ways that can be explained to diverse audiences.
Preferred Qualifications:
Starting Salary Range: $46,188 - $52,972
