Coordinate services and support programs related to the recruitment, retention, orientation, and sociocultural adjustment to the college environment for students participating in Early College High School and Dual Credit to College Degree programs.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Leadership or Liberal Arts. Degree requirement may be substituted with equivalent work experience.
Three years experience in education or administration.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work and connect with a diverse student population.
Ability to build rapport and communicate effectively with internal and external constituents.
Experience with Microsoft Office 365.
Previous experience working in an educational environment.
Ability to provide oversight of academic support personnel.
Experience with Ellucian Banner and Blackboard.
Starting Salary Range: $19.98/hour - $22.85/hour
