Job Summary:
Enhances student life by developing and implementing a comprehensive co-curricular design of student programs and experiences focused on student leadership, development, and student academic success. Oversees the daily operations of the Student Union and Fitness Center.

Minimum Qualifications:
Master's Degree in College Student Personnel, Higher Education or a related field.
Five years' relevant experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience in residential, student, or Greek life, or student union programming and/or operations.
Preferred Qualifications:
NASPA Midlevel Leadership Institute, Terminal Degree preferred.
Starting Salary Range:
$57,452 - $66,250
Work Schedule:
Monday-Friday 8-5, with some evening and weekend hours, as programming requires.
