Job Summary:
Lead and coordinate the College's efforts in institutional research, reporting, and data analytics. Support institutional effectiveness efforts including strategic plan assessment and planning. Support program evaluation and operational assessment for certain college functions. Provide leadership in continuous improvement and strategic and data informed decision-making consistent with the College's mission, vision, beliefs and values. Ensure institutional data integrity and oversee the institution's business intelligence system.

Minimum Qualifications:
Doctoral degree in Educational Research, Psychology, Data Science, or a related educational field of study with expertise in educational and behavioral assessment, measurement and research, or equivalent work experience.
Demonstrated excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to effectively present and articulate data to leadership.
Demonstrated strong ability to analyze research questions, determine the best methods for answering those questions, and independently conduct statistical analysis.
Ability to work collaboratively with individuals possessing varying technical and research backgrounds.
Strong project management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with online survey tools and data warehouses.
Experience with data visualization tools and best practices.
Experience in higher education specifically at a community college.
Demonstrated supervisory skills.
Experience in program evaluation and institutional effectiveness assessment.
Starting Salary Range: $81,145 - $94,332

Monday-Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
