Job Summary:
Play a critical role in achieving the College's enrollment management goals. Serve as the chief financial aid compliance officer and provide leadership within the department, creating policies and strategies to advance financial aid programs, and mentoring staff. Embody TCC's student-centered values and ensure the goals and outcomes of the financial aid office support the recruitment and continued success of students.

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a related field.

7 years of experience in Financial Aid Leadership roles.

Demonstrated effective team leadership skills in a dynamic office environment.

Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with a diverse student population and all college service areas.

Thorough knowledge of federal and state laws and regulations related to financial aid.

Extensive knowledge of financial aid policies and procedures.

Experience with Microsoft Office 365.

Written and oral communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
Prefer master's degree in a related field.

Experience with Banner and Slate.
Starting Salary Range: $72,151 - $83,650
