Job Summary:
Develop career services and retention strategies, programming and training that encompass current best practices for career services, including the incorporation and implementation of technology to deliver exceptional career services. Implement policies and procedures for Career and Retention programs and promote student success with strategies to maximize student retention and completion across the college.

Minimum Qualifications:
Master's degree in Business, Human Resources, Educational Administration, Counseling, College Student Personnel, or a related field.
5 years or experience in career planning and employment work, preferably in a centralized operation.
Experience in program development, supervision, evaluation, and budgeting.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Commitment to the National Association of Colleges and Employer's principles and practices of career planning, employment, and recruitment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Starting Salary Range: $57,452 - $66,250
Work Schedule:
9:00 am – 6:00 pm Monday through Thursday, 8:00am – 5:00pm on Friday.
Some evenings and weekends to support collaborative programming.
