Job Summary:
Manage and coordinate on and off-campus Credits Count Grant activities, services, and resources between Tulsa Community College and select Tulsa Public School institutions; act as a liaison between Tulsa Community College, Tulsa Public Schools, and community resources. These may include: 1) Community inclusion, recruitment, and retention activities 2) Academic tutoring and counseling services 3) Fiscal, personnel, and community resources.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Science, Mathematics, Technology, or education-related field. Degree requirements may be substituted with equivalent work experience.
- 3 years of experience in formal education.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to interact effectively with others.
- Ability to work with a pool of diverse students.
- Ability to adapt to the needs and objectives of an evolving program.
- Project management experience
- Ability to travel between TCC campuses and TPS high schools.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Science, Mathematics, Technology, or education-related field.
- Ability to speak Spanish.
- OK teaching certification
Starting Salary Range: $18.03 - $20.56
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00 - 5:00
