Job Summary:
Develop and implement a wide array of programs and activities designed to enhance co-curricular student experience supporting the strategic plan for retention and student completion. Support the goals and objectives of Student Life and Fitness Centers through daily operations and consistent college wide practices.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in College Student Personnel, Wellness, or a related field. Degree requirement may be substituted with equivalent work experience.
- 3 years experience working in intramural, wellness, fitness center, or student involvement programs.
- Certification in CPR, First Aid, AED, and food handling.
- Ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing.
- Experience in customer service.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule.
- Ability to travel between TCC campuses.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in College Student Personnel, Higher Education, Education, Wellness or a related field.
- Experience in intramural sports, student government, student organizations, and coordination of workshops, seminars, and small group activities.
- Ability to supervise staff.
Starting Salary Range:
$19.98/hour - $22.85/hour
Work Schedule:
Monday-Thursday 9:00 am-6:00 pm
Friday 8:00 am -5:00 pm
Hours may vary.
Occasional weekend and evening hours.
