Job Summary:

  • Guides students through their initial term of education planning, as well as helping to identify student life opportunities that will engage them with College life
  • Assist students with the onboarding process and My TCC navigation, while also assisting students in the areas of admission, enrollment, basic financial aid, advising and payment requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Associate's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills; experience interacting with diverse individuals and groups in person, telephone, and in written correspondence
  • Excellent customer service skills customized to meet the needs of individual users
  • Effective organizational and planning skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work with confidential information while disseminating complex information
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Personal computer experience with Microsoft Office

Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree preferred

Minimum Salary: $14.77

Work Schedule: Monday- Friday 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. with extended hours twice a year during peak enrollment
