Job Summary:
Mange, implement, coordinate use and support the deployment of student, faculty, and staff technologies within the Division of Academic Affairs. Provide operational and project management support, training, evaluation, and assistance with the resolution of technology issues within Academic Affairs. Serve as a technology liaison and collaborate with various stakeholders at the College, including Student Affairs, Enrollment Management, and other areas that utilize technology to support the services of the College.

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Higher Education, or a related field. Degree requirement may be substituted with equivalent work experience.
3 years of related work experience.
Demonstrated experience with various technology systems used in higher education, including but not limited to ERP Systems, Learning Management Systems, Video Conferencing, Portfolio Systems, and Faculty Credentialing Tools.
Demonstrated project management experience.
Ability to apply problem-solving skills to resolve technical problems and issues.
Ability to perform responsibilities on one's own initiative and with general supervision.
Demonstrated expertise with Microsoft Office 365.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to translate complex ideas in meaningful ways that can be explained to diverse audiences.
Preferred Qualifications:
Master's degree in Information Technology, Higher Education, or a related field.
Experience with Banner, Blackboard, Starfish, ProcessMaker, Maxient, iWebfolio, and Nuventive products.
Starting Salary Range:
$46,188 - $52,972

Monday – Friday 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
