Front Desk Attendants

Sunnyside Restaurant and Lodge on the beautiful West Shore of Lake Tahoe is looking for full, year-round, Front Desk Attendants. The job requires being able to work weekends, holidays and both days and evenings. It involves checking guests in and out, making lodge and restaurant reservations, answering the phone and concierge services.

Duties/Responsibilities a. Check guests in/out. b. Make room reservations over the phone. c. Enter on-line reservations. d. Take dinner reservations for the restaurant. e. Re-stock and take down the continental breakfast. f. Sell logo wear. g. Work with housekeeping to meet guests needs. h. Help guests with concierge services: dinner reservations here and at other restaurants, hiking, biking, boating etc. i. Understand our rate policies, cancellation policies, and specials.
