Southeast Gas has an immediate opening for an Accounting Manager at its Andalusia Office.

Responsibilities for the job include:

• Supervises the operational accounting with responsibility of assuring the quality of work performed by the accounting department personnel under the direction of this position.
• Administers internal audit program.
• Provides advisory services to top management.
• Maintains and monitors natural gas costs, purchases, and related transactions.

Requirements for the job include:

• Minimum of five years of accounting experience
• B.S. degree in accounting or related field
• Certified Public Accountant certification is desirable with prior experience in the area of utility accounting
• Possession of a valid Alabama Driver’s License.
• Residence within Andalusia area.
