Experienced Legal Assistant. Job Duties include - preparation of correspondence to clients, pleadings, dictation and emails, light bookkeeping, data entry skills, billing, administrative duties such as lunch coverage for the receptionist, filing, calendaring, and docketing.
This position is in support for two attorneys - estate planning, trusts, guardianship, probate, litigation, and employment law. Law office experience for fast paced small downtown law firm. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook) preferred. Experience with PM/Tabs a plus. Strong oral and written communication skills. Excellent attention to detail a must. Pay commensurate with experience. Parking, PTO and 401K offered. Must be detailed, organized, and have a professional manner, in both dress and demeanor.
