HIGH VOLTAGE LINEMAN INSTRUCTOR
OSU Institute of Technology in Okmulgee is seeking candidates for a High Voltage Lineman Instructor. This individual will teach courses in one or more of the following areas: Pole climbing techniques, Overhead Distribution Systems and Transmission Principles. Candidate must possess the ability to mentor students seeking a career in High Voltage Lineman industry & must have the capability to verbally and physically instruct students on how to do all aspects of the work. Supervise & maintain shop facilities, equipment & materials. Prepare & maintain course objectives, outlines and lesson plans. Journeyman with CDL highly preferred. Bachelor degree or an approved plan on file to complete degree and minimum of five years of relative work experience required. A criminal background check will be arranged through Human Resources.
