OSU Institute of Technology in Okmulgee is seeking applicants for a Collections Coordinator in the Bursar's office. This position will coordinate the Debt Management Retention Program for the university receivables, coordinate the development and maintenance of the procedures that provide financial aid refunds to students and be responsible for the maintenance and analysis of documentation for Bursar accounts. Operates a cashier's drawer and performs daily cashiering duties and reconciliations, and coordinates the billings to students and employees. This position will oversee the collection efforts for university receivables, to include placing account holds, warrant intercepts, collection calls, etc. Associate degree in related discipline highly preferred. Two years of work experience in accounting, collections, cashiering or banking. A criminal background and credit check will be arranged through Human Resources.
