Job Description

PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Perform a variety of routine warehouse duties related to storing, picking materials, supplies, components, and units throughout the plant and yard areas.
  • Duties require the use of forklifts, hand trucks, cranes, hoists, floor dollies, scales, and various other power and hand tools related to the warehouse operations.
  • Requires the use of various documents relating to warehouse activities, such as receiving documents, etc.
  • General area maintenance such as housekeeping, sweeping, etc.
  • Maintain all related paperwork, perform accurate counts, report discrepancies, maintain stocks in quality condition and ensure that all materials are safely stored, stacked, etc.
  • Report problems to the supervisor or lead man and follow safety rules and regulations.
  • Have a general overview of NOV's Quality Program.
  • Participate and lead continuous improvement efforts.
  • Perform other related tasks as requested by supervisor.
  • Comply with all NOV Company and HSE procedures and policies.
