Technical Director / Facility Manager
Responsible for set and technical needs for all M.L.T. productions and M.L.T. special events. Supervises the technical department and establishes the technical direction and the visual creation of theatre production sets. Responsible for recruitment, training and supervision of technical team. Manages day to day facility needs and oversees facility maintenance. Advising on general schedules, set budgets and play selection committee. The technical director participates in all performing arts productions and special events, as well as oversees volunteers in a technical capacity. The technical director works in partnership with the stage director, ensuring productions are of the highest standards and follow the mission of the organization. Is responsible for the management all technical aspects of all M.L.T. productions and all events at Muskogee Little Theatre, including, but not limited to: sound, lighting, rigging, staging, and staffing. Design, organize, plan, construct and/or supervise construction of sets for all MLT productions and MLT events.
