The primary function of this position is to support and assist the Chief Operational Officer of Legend Senior Living. We are looking for an Executive Assistant who is professional, detail-oriented, organized and flexible handling daily interactions of the COO.
Some of the responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to:
Present a high level of professionalism at all times and provide exemplary support
Coordinate calendars and facilitate travel arrangements with strong attention to detail and strict confidentiality
Ensure proper and adequate documentation practices for corporate documents, records, and reports
Professional interaction with customers as a representative of the company and the executives
Open, sort, and distribute incoming correspondence including faxes and email
Provide assistance and support in tracking, communication, and document coordination for the closing of financial and real estate transactions
Requirements
The Executive Assistant we select must be professional and polished, as well as have demonstrated knowledge of basic office skills. We are looking for an individual with previous experience in a professional/corporate setting as an administrative assistant, including, but not limited to:
Minimum of 5 years of experience as an executive assistant in a professional environment
Ability to assess circumstances and problem solve with minimal supervision
A strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions whether written or through conversation
Critical thinking skills, using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems
Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
The ability to read, speak, and write English clearly
Past experience interacting with corporate leadership, customers, and various vendors
A High school diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree preferred
