KAMO's Distribution Dispatch Services now supports 23 rural electric cooperatives and their members. We are currently seeking a customer-service oriented individual to fill a new position on our team! Member Service Representative KAMO is seeking a person with great customer service skills and the ability to multi task between phone calls and computer data entry while taking incoming trouble calls from co-op members. This full-time position is ideal for individuals with daytime obligations that accommodate working evening, midnight, weekend and holiday shifts. Must reside within 30 minutes from KAMO headquarters in Vinita, Oklahoma. A high school diploma or GED is required; associate's degree preferred. Proficient computer and typing skills are required. Previous call center, customer service or utility experience is desired.
