Staff Accountant and Inventory Specialist
Interior Concepts Inc., an award-winning Interior Design firm is seeking a full-time, experienced accounting/customer service professional to join our amazing team!
The candidate should have strong accounting experience, strong customer service skills and experience managing inventory processes. Passion for interior design is a plus!
• Assist with managing inventory processes at our warehouse
• Ownership in all aspects of customer service and skilled in client resolution
• Processing bi-weekly commissions for payroll
• Reviewing Accounts Receivable
• Customer billing
• Reviewing check runs
• Preparing bi-monthly gross profit report
• Work with our warehouse to manage repair work with contracted repairmen or other resources
• Build relationships with vendors

Job Requirements
Accounting Degree required
At least 5 years professional experience
Strong organizational and leadership skills
