Parts and Logistics Manager
Subaru Dealership in Colorado Springs, Colorado
Parts and Logistics Manager
Heuberger Motors, Inc., a Subaru dealership, is looking to fill the position of parts manager. Technically it would be better described as a logistics and department staff manager. This isn't a typical parts department manager position that would see someone in a windowless room typing away in Reynolds and Reynolds all day. This is not an entry level management position, it's a challenging environment that requires skills in leadership, coaching, correction, forecasting, scheduling, etc.
Here is some basic information about the department that you will be responsible for managing, working with, and growing:
25+ team members including an assistant manager who work in areas of wholesale, delivery drivers, retail counter, tech counter, online sales, showroom accessory sales, off-site event sales.
2019 numbers: 13+ million in sales including 10+ million in parts and accessory sales, 2 million+ online internet sales, 350,000+ tire sales, 31%+ gross % sales, close to 1 million in department operating profit, 56,000+ repair orders written.
