Detail Draftsman

Growing Tulsa based ASME Code shop is looking for detail draftsmen. Needs to have 5 years’ experience detailing pressure vessels, skid mounted vessels with piping, transfer lines, internally lined ducts, and/stacks. A working knowledge of ASME Section VIII vessels will improve chances of being considered for the position.

Must be willing to work between 45 and 50 hours a week including the occasional Saturday. Working after hours or more than 50 hours a week may be required on occasion. Must be proficient with AutoCAD. 

Experience with SolidWorks or Inventor is helpful, but not required. We only draw in 2D and exclusively used AutoCAD.

Knowledge of materials and welding symbols are a must. Experience producing fabrication details for other types of equipment will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Must be willing and able to check their peers work as needed. Must be willing and able to go in shop when there are problems and questions.
