Employee Benefits

All part-time (30 or more hours per week / 60 hours per pay period) and full time (32 hours or more per week / 64 hours per pay period) are eligible for our health insurance and the premiums are the same for part time or full time, coverage begins the first of the month following hire.

All full-time and part-time employees start accruing PTO time from their first day of work, but PTO may not be used until 90 days after hire, excluding a GMH approved holiday.

After 3 months of service, the 401k is open to all employees (Minus Flex Staff) and is matched at .5%.
Ex: First year, when an employee contributes 1% GMH contributes 0.5% (.50 cents of the dollar).
For each year of service the employee can raise their contribution 1% per year and GMH will match at the .5%.
At the end of 6 years of service, the employee can be contributing 6% with GMH matching 3%. Employees can then contribute more than the 6% amount, but as an unmatched contribution.

After 3 months of service, all full time employees (32 hours or more per week / 64 hours per pay period) are covered at 1 times their annual salary (minimum of 15k) on our life insurance policy, (GMH pays for coverage).
Benefits begin after 180 consecutive days of disability.
