Operations Manager

Operations Manager needed for a small faith based addiction recovery clinic with three locations throughout the Tri Cities and Southwest Virginia. We believe in treating those in recovery with patient focused, life changing, non judgmental care. Our current need revolves around someone who will ensure our culture, vision and mission are standardized and known through out the surrounding communities of each location. This person will work closely with the CEO and administrative leaders to develop systems and growth potential. They will also work with marketing on building relationships with referring practices, pharmacies and local businesses.  Benefits include health insurance, paid time off, paid holidays, and a fulfilling work environment. One to three years of management experience in a medical setting is preferred.  Salary is negotiable based on knowledge and experience. Practice growth will be rewarded with incentive bonuses.
