Join Our Highly Inclusive Workforce DRTC, an established nonprofit in OKC that helps provide jobs and training to people with disabilities, is seeking qualified applicants for the following positions: * Community Integrated Employment Case Manager Description Engage with individuals in the Vocational Services program, their families and team to establish a relationship and trust in support of their person-centered goals for Community Integrated Employment (CIE). Assist in the development and implement the learning management system (LMS) designed to provide webinars, in-person sessions, learning materials, and customized learning plans for individuals with a disability, their families, residential providers, and other stakeholders. Provide specialized CIE Case Management support and guidance to clients, families or caregivers in applying for Vocational Employment Services from the Oklahoma Department of Rehabilitation Services. This support will further reduce the barriers during the application process, assessments and development of the DRS Individualized Plan for Employment. Assist in collection and analysis of data to determine effectiveness of the United Way grant and to identify future initiatives. Is knowledgeable of funding requirements and regulations through the DHS/Developmental Disabilities Services (DDS), Oklahoma Health Care Authority, Department of Rehabilitation Services (DRS) and other funding sources as they pertain to individuals in the program. WAGES: $20/hour There is secured funding for this position for one year. Available funding will determine the future of this position. QUALIFICATIONS: High School Diploma or High School Equivalency (G.E.D., HiSET, TASC) -A Bachelor's or Master's Degree preferred Knowledge in the field of Rehabilitative Services -Experience with persons with disabilities -Public relations and marketing skills * Webmaster Description The Webmaster is responsible for providing oversight for the Agency's internal and external online initiatives. This position is responsible for monitoring and apprising the agency of relevant social media as it relates to the programs and services of DRTC. The Webmaster will work to ensure activities are consistent with the mission and goals of the Agency and contribute to an enriched quality of life for individuals served. This position will coordinate both internal and external online communications while enhancing the image and visibility of DRTC, its businesses and its programs to the community The Webmaster does not engage in contractual nor public policy alignment with any federal, state or local department or organization without the specific authorization of the ED & agency board. Assists with various accounting functions and fiscal affairs of the agency while complying with approved agency policies. Maintains confidentiality regarding status of individuals, protected information of staff and individuals and matters pertaining to the administrative functions of the agency. SALARY: D.O.E. Assists program participants to identify work interests and skills; identify potential work opportunity; obtain employment; train to the work setting and maintain employment. Skills being trained will vary depending upon the needs of the individual. Length of training time will vary depending upon the skill being trained and the individual's skills and abilities. Must be computer literate, ethical, and able to work independently. Paid training provided and hiring bonus for required DDS training & certifications. Preference given to applicants who have DDS training & certifications. FT position, schedule varies based on caseload needs and may include some evenings and weekends. Provides direct interaction/intervention with students and campers. This position enhances students' level of independence through skills training utilizing training modules and implementing curriculum; assist in developing work related goals based on interests and assessments. Comprehends and complies with all standards set forth by regulatory agencies i.e. Department of Rehabilitative Services (DRS), Developmental Disabilities Services (DDS), and the US Dept of Labor (DOL), within their realm of program involvement. WAGES: $12 p/hour QUALIFICATIONS: -High School Diploma or High School Equivalency (G.E.D., HiSET, TASC), B.A. or B.S. degree or a combination of 4 years of college plus experience in the field preferred -Experience in working with teenagers with disabilities preferred -Experience providing training/instruction to students with disabilities HIRING REQUIREMENTS: -18 years old or older; -Possess and maintain a valid Oklahoma Driver's License in order to operate Agency vehicles; -Pass OSBI, MVR, DHS Registry Check, reference checks, pre-employment drug test and any other background check as Agency requires or deems necessary.
