Job Summary:
The Program Coordinator will coordinate Pathways to Professions (P2P) events, execute strategic priorities, manage budget processes, and prepare financial report to ensure progress and success.
Essential Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Director of Center for Inclusive Excellence and Principal Investigator of the Pathways to Professions (P2P) grant, the Program Coordinator is expected to
l. Coordinate P2P events among education, regulatory, and industry partners;
2. Execute strategic priorities and key interventions;
3. Manage budget processes and bi-annual financial reporting; and
4. Oversee critical student services and P2P milestones to ensure progress and success.
Required Qualifications
Education:
B.A./B.S. degree required. Master preferred.
Experience:
A minimum of three years of experience with large scale federal grant operations required.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Experiences with research and implementation of research interventions among Institutions of Higher Education (IHEs) and Local Educational Agencies (LEAs) required.
Experience with large scale federal grant operations, budget management and reporting required.
