Licensed Long Term Care / Nursing Home Administrator
Direct the day to day functions of the facility in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines and regulations to assure that the highest degree of quality care be provided to residents at all times.
Responsible for the creation and maintenance of a culture of respect and responsiveness for both residents, their families and staff. Ensures the accomplishment of quality, clinical, financial, staff satisfaction based on strategic vision and goals.

Must possess a current Oklahoma Long Term Care Administrator's License.
