Description
We seek a person with the demonstrated ability to teach language courses at all levels, from beginning Spanish to intermediate composition and conversation courses. This position helps to support a dynamic and robust language curriculum that leans on the pedagogical skills and research expertise of our departmental faculty. This position is open to skilled language instructors in all research fields. Candidates with research areas in second-language acquisition, language teaching methods, and technological innovation in language pedagogy such as AI are especially encouraged to apply. The position requires teaching 4 language courses per year, an ongoing program of research, and the willingness to contribute to the intellectual life of the college.
