Customer Service Representative

The City of New Richmond is accepting applications for a Customer Service Representative within New Richmond Utilities. We are looking for an energetic, innovative and detail-orientated individual, who strives to deliver exemplary customer service, enjoys managing multiple projects, has excellent communication skills and enjoys working with an amazing team. This position ensures accurate and timely customer maintenance, billing, collection, receipting and reporting.

A two-year degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or related field and/or 4 years of office experience is required. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to effectively communicate with customers and team members while promoting and encouraging a collaborative team environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, database programs, and general office equipment is also required.

Pay range for the position is $23.99 - $30.83, starting pay will be determined based upon experience and qualifications.
