Seeking Seasoned Anesthesiologist for Medical Director Position - Lead Our Expanding CRNA Team

Citizens Memorial Hospital in Bolivar, MO is recruiting a Board Certified Anesthesiologist to lead the Anesthesiology department as Medical Director.

The team currently includes 11 full-time CRNA's as well as several who are also prn. The practice opportunity is ideal for an experienced and well-trained physician looking for a fun practice that includes a variety of procedures both inpatient and outpatient and a collaborative practice environment. This position can be either full time or part-time and is ideal for a physician with 5 or more years' experience.

The Anesthesiology staff is very collegial and well respected by the surgeons with many years of service at CMH.

Currently, surgeons perform nearly 500 surgeries per month between the 6 OR suites at the Douglas Medical Center and the 4 OR suites across the street at the hospital, which includes a dedicated C Section suite. There are nearly 20 surgeons at CMH, including: General/Trauma, OB/GYN, Ophthalmology, Orthopedics, Podiatry & Urology, with more surgeons already signed to join later in 2024 and in 2025.

CMH will complete a large hospital expansion to be completed in 2025, with remodeling to be completed in 2026 that will include an additional suite at the hospital, as well as new pre- and post-areas. The hospital is across the street from the Surgery Center, making the transition between locations very easy.
