Auburn Schedule: Tuesday 1pm-5pm and Wednesday - Friday 8am-5pm

Grass Valley Schedule: Wednesday and Thursday 8am-5pm and Friday 1pm-5pm

Benefit Highlights (will be prorated for part time schedule):

Duties:

  • Providing excellent primary care for every member of our community from newborns to seniors in an outpatient setting
  • Being a part of a forward-thinking integrated care model with high collaboration and support between departments

Experience:

  • California Licensed Physician in Family Practice.
  • Board Certified
  • Current BLS certificate.
