Senior Investment Analyst

Finance: W.R. Berkley Corporation (Greenwich, CT) seeks Senior Investment Analyst with BS in finance, business administration or related +5 years experience as an investment analyst or related. Must have CFA certification.

Must have work experience with 1) Finance theory, including portfolio management tools, fixed income security features, such as valuation of bonds, risks of invest in bonds, bond sectors & instruments, corporate credit, finance analysis; 2) Local regulations & currency market laws for LATAM to comply with limits & other requirements estimated by regulations re portfolios of subsidiaries; 3) PAM accounting system & knowledge of US GAAP accounting rules that apply locally in each country where corporate operations through its subsidiaries; 4) invest/portfolio management operation system Aladdin from Blackrock; 5) Understand risk report (VaR, Stress Tests, duration reports, & security modeling) & experience with coding for data analysis & process automation; & 6) Knowledge & application of programming languages in order to iterate btwn different variables & scenarios, & perform calculus to run on spreadsheets.

Salary: $165,000 - $215,000.
