We are looking for a property maintenance Technician, full or part time to perform tasks such as drywall patching, Painting, Room inspections, Check and configurate A / V systems, WIFI connections, minor plumbing repairs, minor electrical repairs, Drive company vehicles, Etc. This is an hourly position that starts from $22 per hour to $26 per hour with benefits. 

The Aspen Alps is a Condominium Association that has 83 condominiums. The condominiums range from 2- 4 bedrooms and lie alongside Aspen Mountain. The property is operated as a full service hospitality operation with a front desk, bell services and transportation, maintenance, housekeeping and health spa & fitness center.
