Auto Collision shop in Sand Springs looking for a part-time Bookkeeper/Administrative Assistant.

The ideal candidate should possess high organizational skills as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills, Quickbooks experience, acute attention to detail, and the ability to provide friendly and professional customer service.  Responsibilities include daily bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing, accounts payable and receivable, building customer files, reconciling accounts, assisting management with a variety of tasks that keep the office running smoothly. Approximately thirty hours per week with flexible schedule. Starting pay $20/hour.
